Who We Are

Local Water Removal Specialists Who Know Saline

Hirex Water Damage started because homeowners in Saline, MI kept telling us the same story: a national hotline picked up, put them on hold, and then subcontracted the job out to whoever was cheapest and closest. Every technician on our Saline roster is a Hirex Water Damage employee, not a gig-app contractor pulled from a random directory.

Our crew leads carry IICRC water restoration certifications and have logged real hours on Category 1, 2, and 3 losses, so Water Removal in Saline isn't a side service we tacked on — it's the reason the company exists. Full liability coverage and Saline, MI licensing back every job we take, so you're protected from the moment our truck pulls into the driveway.

We keep a stocked warehouse inside Saline, MI so equipment never has to be trucked in from another region, which is the difference between a 45-minute arrival and a next-day one.

Talk to a Saline property manager who's lived through an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you exactly why a crew that arrives already equipped matters — every extra minute is more water in the framing. That's the gap Hirex Water Damage was built to close, one Saline call at a time.

Don't Ignore These

Warning Signs Saline Homeowners Shouldn't Wait On

Not every leak announces itself with a flooded floor. A lot of the worst damage we see in Saline started small and got ignored for weeks. Here's what tells us a property needs professional attention rather than a mop and a fan:

Recognizing one of these signs early is the difference between a contained repair and a gutted room, so call our Saline team and get a straight answer on how urgent it is.

What We Handle

Full-Scope Water Removal Coverage in Saline

Whether it's one bedroom carpet or an entire flooded commercial floor, our Saline crews scale the response to match the loss — nothing gets a cookie-cutter response.

01

Emergency Water Extraction

We arrive with submersible pumps and truck-mount extractors that get standing water out of a Saline property before it soaks deeper into the subfloor. Every extraction job includes moisture mapping so we know exactly which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.

02

Structural Drying & Dehumidification

Our drying plans use moisture meters and thermal imaging to target air movers exactly where hidden moisture is trapped, with daily drying logs so you can see the numbers improving, not just take our word for it.

03

Residential Restoration

For families in Saline, this covers flood-cut drywall removal, subfloor evaluation, and packing out salvageable belongings for cleaning, with clear photo documentation at every stage for your insurance claim.

04

Commercial & Multi-Unit Response

Multi-unit and commercial Saline properties get their own project manager plus enough drying equipment to cover the real square footage, not a token setup — we know a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants below has to move fast.

05

Sewage & Contaminated Water Cleanup

When a Saline job involves sewage backup, our team suits up in full PPE, applies EPA-registered antimicrobials, and safely disposes of porous materials that can't be saved.

06

Mold Prevention & Remediation Referral

We apply antimicrobial treatment during every Saline drying job specifically to head off mold before it starts, and we'll flag any area that needs deeper remediation.

The Standard We Hold Every Saline Job To
